A compilation of the legend and lore relating to UFO sightings, landings and other occurrences.
Reports contained in this document have been drawn from a wide variety of sources including the police, military and civil aviation authorities in addition to ancient texts, newspaper reports, eye witnesses’ testimony and even mystical teachings. Included in the reports are reports of crash sites, landings, sightings and other significant events.
The aim is to create a chronology of UFO related events that will serve as the basis for individual researchers to use as a point of reference for continued research. Wherever possible known hoaxes have been excluded from the listing. However, reader discretion is necessary to determine which are the most legitimate sightings and events to warrant further research.
